BIG KAHUNA WORKOUT - WEEK 1 - DAY 7  Light Legs and REST

    OK BIG KAHUNA, that's one week down. Today is the last day of Week 1.  We're gonna do some light legs and get to bed early.

    LEGS SETS REPS REST
     Walking Lunge - no weight 2 40 steps 60 seconds
    BB Squat - 135lbs (if to heavy do bar) 2 20 60 seconds
    BB Standing Calf Raise 1 100 AFAP *AFAP - As Fast As Possible

     

    *AFAP - As Fast As Possible means to get to the prescribe number as fast as possible not doing the movement fast.

    Now be sure and get plenty of sleep! Tomorrow is WEEK 2!!!!
