BIG KAHUNA WORKOUT WEEK 2- DAY 6

TOTAL REST DAY

You just worked out all your major body parts in the past five days.  Hopefully you were able to get enough proper sleep to aid in recovery but if you are anything like the rest of us you probably didn't. That's why this workout has designated rest and recovery days.

TOTAL REST DAY - This day is about refueling and resting. Still go for a 20-30 minute walk just to keep the heart pumping and the CNS active but otherwise just rest up. Take a mid afternoon nap and/or go to bed early tonight. Eat healthy fats, good carbs and load up on some protein. And above all -Enjoy the day!
