BIG KAHUNA WORKOUT - WEEK 2 -DAY 7 ACTIVE REST
This is a rest day but we're going to do some activity to help activate our CNS (Central Nervous System) as well as aide in muscle recovery.
Start with a 20 minute walk at a steady state.
Follow up with a EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) routine for 5 minutes (10 minutes for advanced Kahunas) - meaning the exercises are performed every minute on the minute in a circuit fashion.
- 12 body weight squats
- 10 pushups
- 5 pull-ups (or assisted pull-ups)
Finish with a 20 minute walk
