BIG KAHUNA WORKOUT - WEEK 3 DAY 3 REST DAY
Ok Kahunas we just worked out heavy for the past two days on two major body parts. Lets take a complete total rest day with some light cardio for 30 minutes tonight.
Choose one of the following to do later tonight for 30 minutes:
- Outdoor walking
- Treadmill walking
- Incline Treadmill walking
- light jog outdoors
- stationary bike
- outdoor bike ride
Be sure and get some sleep tonight, tomorrow is LEG DAY!
