BIG KAHUNA WORKOUT WEEK 2 -DAY 6 - ACTIVE REST DAY
Kahunas today is a active rest day - no training but definitely staying active! This will also help aid in recovery.
Choose two of the following and perform them once today.
- 30 minutes of walking
- 20 minutes light jog
- 2 hours of double tennis
- 1 hour of singles tennis
- 10 minutes jumping rope
- 100 jumping jacks
- Tabata Squats
- 30 minute bike ride at moderate intensity
Remember, pick two and do them both today at anytime you like.
