The reps will be higher and you'll use lesser weight but to your surprise it won't really that much lighter as you've progressed over the past 3 weeks .

|DB Flye||3||20||60 seconds|
|Wide Push-ups||3||Failure||30 seconds|
|Close grip bench press||3||12||60 seconds|
|Cable push down||3||15||60 seconds|
|Overhead dumbbell ext.||3||20||60 seconds|
REPS are higher and rest is a little shorter this week but be sure to use weights you can handle.
