Squat Jump 3 20 30 seconds
Stiff Leg Deadlift 3 20 60 seconds
DB lunge 1 100 steps

no rest

Seated Calf Raise 1 100 AFAP

no rest

Standing Calf Raise 2 75 AFAP

30 seconds

 

Kahuna's you will have a lot of lactic acid build up due to this routine, be sure to stretch to help flush as much out as you can and hopefully reduce your muscle soreness.
