|Squat Jump||3||20||30 seconds|
|Stiff Leg Deadlift||3||20||60 seconds|
|DB lunge||1||100 steps||
|Seated Calf Raise||1||100 AFAP||
|Standing Calf Raise||2||75 AFAP||
Kahuna's you will have a lot of lactic acid build up due to this routine, be sure to stretch to help flush as much out as you can and hopefully reduce your muscle soreness.
